Sales Manager

Modern Retail is one of the cornerstones in the Commercial team, responsible for managing national accounts such as Sam's Club, Costco, HEMA, Lawson, Family Mart, KKV, and others.

About this role

The Sales Manager needs to lead the team in identifying market trends, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering sales targets.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing business and Joint Business Plan relationships with key customers, such as Sam's, Costco, Walmart.
  • Promotion management and internal framework building with multi-function.
  • Team management including 1 sales rep in Sichuan, 1 Contractor in SH.
  • Managing both direct-to-consumer and whole sales channel.
  • This role offers the opportunity to organize T2T meetings with global customers, engage with the global team to learn from advanced international markets, develop leadership skills, and explore potential in different areas of the Chinese market.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in managing sales and key customer relationships in the retail sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • A track record of achieving sales targets and delivering business growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Team-oriented spirit to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • The ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies to stay ahead.
