Inserted in the Customer Marketing Operations (CMO) structure and directly connected to the Senior Manager of the area, this professional acts as the link between planning and delivery, accompanying strategic projects from conception to implementation. Their attentive eye for deadlines, demands, and alignment between areas ensures that each trade marketing initiative is executed with excellence, respecting time, budget, and commercial objectives.
More than a task manager, the Junior Project Manager is a connector of people and processes, facilitating collaboration between areas such as Sales, Marketing, Supply, and external partners. They ensure that activations at the point of sale are aligned with the brand's strategy and that each project contributes to the commercial performance of Diageo.
In a dynamic and results-oriented environment, this position is strategic to guarantee agility, consistency, and impact in trade marketing actions, being a key player in building a more integrated, efficient, and consumer-oriented commercial operation.

You have a solid academic foundation in Administration, Marketing, Communication, or Engineering – ready to transform strategy into execution.
You have already led commercial initiatives and know how to turn goals into action plans that generate real impact at the point of sale.
You build bridges between teams, engage stakeholders, and lead multifunctional projects with empathy, organization, and positive influence.
You navigate fluently through Excel (including VBA), PowerPoint, and Power BI, generating performance and status reports that guide decisions.
You organize work fronts with precision, allocate resources intelligently, and keep the focus on what really matters – without missing deadlines.
You translate strategic objectives into practical actions and articulate business knowledge with different areas and external partners.
You are always attentive to the best practices of the market and seek ways to make processes more agile, efficient, and impactful.
You understand that each project is an investment and know how to guarantee return and financial efficiency.
You have already worked in environments that require negotiation, alignment, and follow-up of deliveries with third parties, ensuring excellence in execution.
You assume responsibilities with autonomy, propose solutions, and act with a spirit of ownership in each project stage.
