Junior Project Manager Focused on Trade Marketing

Inserted in the Customer Marketing Operations (CMO) structure and directly connected to the Senior Manager of the area, this professional acts as the link between planning and delivery, accompanying strategic projects from conception to implementation. Their attentive eye for deadlines, demands, and alignment between areas ensures that each trade marketing initiative is executed with excellence, respecting time, budget, and commercial objectives.

More than a task manager, the Junior Project Manager is a connector of people and processes, facilitating collaboration between areas such as Sales, Marketing, Supply, and external partners. They ensure that activations at the point of sale are aligned with the brand's strategy and that each project contributes to the commercial performance of Diageo.

In a dynamic and results-oriented environment, this position is strategic to guarantee agility, consistency, and impact in trade marketing actions, being a key player in building a more integrated, efficient, and consumer-oriented commercial operation.

Their main challenges will be:

  • Conducting projects from paper to execution with mastery, being the guardian of the schedule, ensuring that each commercial project is delivered on time, within budget, and with excellence.
  • Translating objectives into clear and actionable plans, turning strategic goals into detailed action plans, aligning expectations with all involved areas.
  • Connecting areas and building bridges between teams, working side by side with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and external partners, ensuring fluidity in communication and synergy in deliveries.
  • Orchestrating resources and priorities with precision, being responsible for allocating resources, organizing work fronts, and keeping everyone focused on what really matters.
  • Monitoring progress and anticipating obstacles, following each project stage, you will identify risks, propose solutions, and keep everyone updated with clear and objective reports.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, always attentive to the best practices of the market, bringing innovation to the way projects are managed and delivered.
  • Managing budget with a strategic vision together with the leadership, controlling project investments, ensuring financial efficiency and commercial impact.
  • Co-creating partnerships and driving results, acting as a facilitator of strategic partnerships, contributing to commercial planning and the performance of activations at the point of sale.
  • Leading with empathy and organization, even without a direct team, being a reference in the conduct of multifunctional teams, inspiring collaboration and focus on results.

What do we expect?

  • A complete higher education degree
  • You have a solid academic foundation in Administration, Marketing, Communication, or Engineering – ready to transform strategy into execution.

  • Experience with project management and trade marketing
  • You have already led commercial initiatives and know how to turn goals into action plans that generate real impact at the point of sale.

  • Ability to connect areas and lead without formal authority
  • You build bridges between teams, engage stakeholders, and lead multifunctional projects with empathy, organization, and positive influence.

  • Domination of analytical and management tools
  • You navigate fluently through Excel (including VBA), PowerPoint, and Power BI, generating performance and status reports that guide decisions.

  • Time management and prioritization of demands
  • You organize work fronts with precision, allocate resources intelligently, and keep the focus on what really matters – without missing deadlines.

  • Clear and effective communication
  • You translate strategic objectives into practical actions and articulate business knowledge with different areas and external partners.

  • Mentality of continuous improvement and innovation
  • You are always attentive to the best practices of the market and seek ways to make processes more agile, efficient, and impactful.

  • Knowledge in budget management and commercial performance
  • You understand that each project is an investment and know how to guarantee return and financial efficiency.

  • Experience with external partners and suppliers
  • You have already worked in environments that require negotiation, alignment, and follow-up of deliveries with third parties, ensuring excellence in execution.

  • Proactivity and entrepreneurial behavior
  • You assume responsibilities with autonomy, propose solutions, and act with a spirit of ownership in each project stage.

  • Availability for hybrid work model
  • On-site performance 2-3 times a week in our office located in Vila Olímpia, São Paulo-SP.
