What we're looking for:
About the Site
Our Belfast packaging site, commissioned in 1983, spans 12 acres and operates 24/7 (excluding public holidays). It houses two canning lines, a tank farm, warehousing, and distribution facilities, producing 130 SKUs—60% for domestic markets and 40% for export—ranging from 250ml to 568ml. Together with our Runcorn site in Northwest England, we package Guinness in cans, bottles, and kegs for Ireland, the UK, and global markets, with significant investment underway across both sites.
Working with Us
We recognise and value performance, offering our people a highly competitive Rewards and Benefits package including Share schemes, up to 14% of Pension contribution by Diageo, Annual Product Allowance, 10% Performance based annual Bonus, 25 Days Annual Leave, 6-months of fully paid paternal cover and many more!
Our purpose is to celebrate life, every day, everywhere. And creating an inclusive culture, where everyone feels valued and listened to, is a crucial part of this.
Join us, and you'll be part of an organisation that embraces diversity in the broadest possible sense. This means that you'll be welcomed and celebrated for who you are just by being you.
You'll be part of—and help build—an inclusive culture that celebrates people of different gender, ethnicity, ability, age, sexual orientation, social class, educational backgrounds, experiences, mindsets, and more. And you'll help us champion inclusion and diversity across our entire business: with our employees, our suppliers, across our brands, and within the communities in which we operate.
Feel encouraged? Then this may be the opportunity for you.
If you require a reasonable adjustment, please ensure that you capture this information when you submit your application.
