Development of the relevant area and team to deliver the sales department's strategy.

Tasks related to management:

• Leading a 9-person team of Sales Representatives;
• Managing customer relationships;
• Managing the area in accordance with the applicable Diageo standards.

Main tasks:

• Planning, leading, and developing the team in the relevant region;
• Developing and implementing the sales strategy in the relevant area;
• Planning and assigning qualitative and quantitative tasks, controlling, and supporting the team in their implementation;
• Building, developing, and caring for proper customer relationships;
• Caring for the company's image;
• Managing the budget;
• Analyzing customer needs and monitoring competitor activity;
• 60% of work time with the team in the field.

Experience and skills required for this position:

• Higher education;
• Experience in team management – minimum 2 years;
• Knowledge of the English language in speech and writing at an intermediate level;
• Knowledge of the traditional FMCG market in the regions of Masovian, Podlaskie, Łódź, and Lublin Voivodeships will be an additional advantage;
• Driving license category "B";
• Good knowledge of the MS Office environment (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
• Organizational skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication;
• Ability to work under time pressure;
• Ability to make decisions;
• Willingness to undertake business trips with overnight stays;
• Preferred candidates from the Masovian Voivodeship (central region).

Required mobility:

Mobility is required in the area of work, with a monthly meeting in the area, a quarterly meeting in the district, and two conferences per year.
