Rootstock ERP Consultant

Location: Remote / Office Experience: 3–8 Years Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract (3–6 months, extendable)

About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Rootstock ERP Consultant with strong expertise in the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing Rootstock ERP solutions for manufacturing and distribution businesses. This role requires a self-driven professional who can work independently, interact with business stakeholders, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Rootstock ERP implementations on the Salesforce platform
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Configure and customize Rootstock modules such as: Manufacturing (BOM, Work Orders) Inventory Management Procurement & Supply Chain Order Management
• Work closely with business users to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
• Perform data migration, validation, and integration with third-party systems
• Collaborate with technical teams for custom development (Apex, Lightning, integrations)
• Conduct UAT sessions, user training, and documentation
• Provide ongoing production support and enhancements
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Requirements:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4-10 years of experience in Rootstock ERP
• Strong experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Platform)
• Good understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes
• Experience in: Business process mapping ERP implementation lifecycle Requirement gathering and documentation Hands-on experience with: Salesforce configuration (Flows, Reports, Dashboards) Data tools (Data Loader, ETL tools)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate with business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multi-entity or global ERP implementations
• Exposure to integration tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, REST APIs)
• Salesforce certifications (Admin / Platform App Builder)
• Rootstock certification (if available)
• Experience in Pharma, Manufacturing, or Process Industry
