DH Pace Company, Inc. is growing and aspires to hire Customer Support Representatives to join our Contact Center team in Olathe, KS. We are seeking customer-focused candidates who provide exceptional support to residential and commercial customers, accurately process service and installation tickets, and collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries and concerns.
We will consider both part-time and full-time employees! We offer flexible scheduling options. Shifts are needed Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm - 10:00pm and Saturday-Sunday between the hours of 6:00am - 10:00pm. Great opportunity for someone seeking non-traditional work shifts. This position is located on-site at our office in Olathe, Kansas.
