Profile of your responsibilities: Ensures the correct processing of all incoming and outgoing domestic and international parcels, adhering to the company's internal rules, policies, and procedures; Monitors the fulfillment of DHL's quality indicators regarding incoming and outgoing parcels, identifying and correcting any discrepancies related to them; Responsible for the correct sorting and processing of outgoing and incoming parcels; Provides reporting and statistical information to management using the appropriate applications and systems to improve service quality; Guarantees the fulfillment of collective and individual indicators in the department; In the event of a staff member's absence: receives and hands over parcels on route and at reception, transports parcels on a specified route and direction. Ensures timely transmission of parcel data across the DHL network according to established standards. The successful candidate has: Secondary education; Desire to work in a dynamic environment; Computer literacy; Good knowledge of English; Certificate for driving forklifts and electric vehicles.
