For our Sales Department at our location in Regensdorf, we are looking for a Back Office Agent (M/W/D), 100% starting from March 1, 2026, or by agreement.

Your tasks:
- Drehscheibe between internal and external stakeholders for administrative matters around the DHL Service Points in Switzerland
- Management and continuous maintenance of various databases
- Ensuring process quality or independently designing and optimizing various processes
- Internal team coordination for specific tasks
- Provision of statistics and performance evaluations of partners
- Support in the opening of accounts and the assignment of creditor numbers in cooperation with Finance
- Receipt of incoming calls from Servicepoint partners and forwarding of customer inquiries to the responsible department
Your profile:
- Profound customer and service orientation

- Flexibility and resilience
- Completed professional training with 3-4 years of experience in the logistics industry, service industry, or call center
- Experience in customer support
- Very good German and English skills in speech and writing
- Good French skills are an advantage
- Good office and CRM knowledge
