Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Advisor to join our DHL Express team. In this role, you will be the face of DHL at our retail service point, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service while promoting our range of shipping and logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting walk-in customers with their shipping and logistics needs.
• Process shipments accurately, including preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with DHL and customs regulations.
• Promote DHL products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell or recommend suitable options to meet customer needs.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment in line with DHL brand standards.
• Manage cash and electronic payments, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Support daily operational tasks, including inventory management and stock replenishment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a front-line sales role (preferably in logistics or related sectors).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers.
