YOUR TASKS

  • Manage service centre operations to ensure excellence services are delivered to customers, all KPIs are up to company standards with cost efficiency
  • Maintain the state-of-the-art facility to achieve operations efficiency and to provide a safe work environment for staff
  • Manage daily work processes and resources allocation, monitor both PUD and warehouse performance and drive for high productivity
  • Work closely with Central Asia Hub, Customer Service Team, Commercial Team, Customer Operations Group and other stakeholders in daily operations to ensure processes are in line with network standards
  • Execute the implementation of operational projects and initiatives at country, regional and global levels
  • Manage and liaise with Owner Operators, subcontractors, service vendors and other stakeholders to ensure high service quality and for the betterment of company's interests
  • Be a change agent to bring in new ideas to meet business needs and drives for continuous improvement
  • Cultivating As-One team spirit within team and motivate team members for driving high performance

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in transportation/ logistics industry; with at least 5 years' experience as people manager
  • Knowledge of DHL operations systems / shipment handling process
  • Profound analytical skill with cost conscious mindset
  • Able to demonstrate Respect and Results focused Leadership style
  • With sound experience in initiating and implementing changes to drive for high performance and continuous improvement
  • Excel in presentation skills, being decisive and flexible
