Grow together Timely delivery of DHL packages around the globe in a way that ensures customer data are secure is in the core of what we do. You will join the development of building application(s) for Express. In addition, you will also provide third level day-to-day operation support, and help investigate and resolve incidents, which were not resolved in lower support levels. Sometimes, issues might get tricky, and this is where cooperation on troubleshooting with other IT support teams and specialists will come into play. When it comes to firmware bugs, vulnerabilities and other issues related to our technologies, communicating with our vendors is key.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead solution design, oversee end to end implementation, and manage complex system integrations. You will drive technical decisions, ensure high quality delivery, and guide teams across regions. You are expected to use AI powered engineering tools to accelerate design, coding, testing, and diagnostics.

Key Skills & Expectations

• Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
• Strong experience designing and integrating distributed enterprise systems
• Solid understanding of IBM MQ, PostgreSQL, BPMN/DMN, and CI/CD with Github Actions
• Cloud native mindset with good knowledge of Podman, Kubernetes, Helm, and Linux
• Expected to leverage AI tools for design assistance, code generation, analysis, documentation, and issue resolution
• Ability to work autonomously, handle complexity, and prioritize effectively
• Excellent English communication for collaboration in multinational teams
• React knowledge is an added advantage
