A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Provide effective leadership and management to operational and administration teams, including a small team of managers.
• Take responsibility for all Health & Safety and environmental matters within the operation.
• Build strong relationships with customers and third-party stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Develop resource plans to meet operational requirements while setting ambitious targets for improvement.
• Implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and performance across the site and team.
• Oversee resource planning and lead projects that shape the future of our operations.
