We are seeking a passionate Marketing and Communications Specialist to bring our business strategy to life through compelling, high-impact social content. This is a hands-on role at the centre of brand, growth and engagement, ideal for a creative executor who understands that social media is both an art and a performance engine. You will be responsible for delivering social media content and activity that supports business revenue growth, strengthens brand positioning, and amplifies our vision, strategy and values across priority audiences.
Working closely with marketing communications colleagues and senior leaders, you will help ensure our voice is clear, confident and unmistakably on brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, create and publish written and video content for the DSC ANZ social media presence
- Support and manage content for senior leaders' LinkedIn accounts
- Ensure all social content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice and visual standards
Strategy Execution & Planning:
- Coordinate the delivery of the social media strategy to promote company vision, strategy and values
- Create, maintain and manage a social media content calendar, ensuring consistency and relevance
- Tailor content for general and targeted audiences to maximise reach and engagement
Engagement & Brand Support:
- Support employee engagement programs through social media activity
- Support customer marketing initiatives with relevant, high-quality social content
- Contribute to maintaining strong brand positioning and awareness in the market
Performance & Optimisation:
- Deliver against agreed social media KPI targets
- Monitor performance and engagement, using insights to refine and improve content over time

What You Bring to the Table:
As a hands-on content specialist who combines creativity with discipline and data awareness, you will bring:
- Previous experience within a marketing or communications role, ideally within a B2B environment
- Proven experience delivering social media content for a brand-led organisation
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms
- Experience creating or coordinating video and visual content
- A strong understanding of LinkedIn as a platform for both brand and executive presence
- The ability to manage content calendars and juggle multiple priorities with ease
- A practical, results-focused mindset with experience tracking and delivering against KPIs
- High attention to detail and a strong appreciation for brand consistency
