To send daily c/bags report
To send unconnected report
To send hold shipment report which is on hold for data URL
To send before and after cut-off shipment report to hub
To follow up and timely reporting on exceptional cases and reduce the same
To send information to shipper and concern customer service in case of damage and lost
To check all the possibilities to finding the shipment at origin
To send bagging details to hub to finding the c/bag if missing
To follow up with staffs and shipper for maintain the p/u cut off time
To Release the vehicle on time to hub for next transit connection as per TAT.
