You take care of our customers! You are responsible for the acquisition of new customers as well as customer retention and customer service.

You observe the market! You analyze the market and create marketing concepts in collaboration with the sales director.

You create offers and process tenders! You are responsible for the creation of offers and the processing of tenders.

You work closely with specialist departments! You create sales reports, potential lists, and customer visit plans and act independently in the DHL systems as well as in various customer and partner portals.

Training and experience: You have training in the forwarding and logistics industry or relevant professional experience in the sales sector.

Knowledge: You are very good at using the standard MS Office programs and are skilled at learning new programs.

Personality: You have sales talent and negotiation skills among your strengths. You are exceptionally customer- and service-oriented, resilient, and flexible. Communication skills are also indispensable for this profession from your perspective.

For this position, we offer an attractive, market-conforming salary that corresponds to your qualification and experience as well as your individual performance. Regardless of this, the collective bargaining minimum salary for this position is € 2,663.50 gross based on full-time employment.
