Main Organizer, Ground Operations Department

We are looking to appoint a main organizer for the Ground Operations Department.

Your Responsibilities:

• Organizing and controlling the processes, personnel, and resources related to the operational activities in the city of Sofia.
• Ensuring the achievement of the department's quality indicators in terms of the processing of shipments and data.
• Organizing and distributing work in the department to ensure the fulfillment of goals with constant control and cost optimization.
• Analyzing data in the system to ensure proper and timely information about shipments.
• Selecting new employees.
• Motivating, training, and developing department staff.

Qualifications:

• Skills in managing people and resources.
• Customer orientation.
• Ability to accept instructions and take responsibility.
• Professional competence.
• Maintaining and developing effective relationships and communication.
• Higher education is preferred, preferably in the field of transport and logistics.
• Language skills - Excellent English language.
• Computer literacy - Microsoft Office.
• Driving license for motor vehicles - category "B".
