Join Our Team As Terminal Handling Supervisor!
We are looking for a Terminal Handling Supervisor to coordinate the daily activities in the warehouse and ensure an efficient, safe, and well-organized operational flow.
You will play an essential role in managing the team and maintaining the DHL standards of quality, safety, and performance.
What You Will Do Every Day:
- Coordinate daily activities of the warehouse team
- Set clear objectives and track their fulfillment
- Monitor the reception and dispatch of parcels within established performance times
- Prevent operational blockages and ensure good organization of flows
- Supervise inventory accuracy and adherence to procedures
- Provide support, feedback, and guidance to team members
- Maintain health & safety standards at the highest level
What We Want From You:
- Higher education completed
- Experience in logistics operations/warehouse
- Experience in coordinating a team
- Good organizational and decision-making skills
- Communication and leadership skills
- Solution-oriented and performance-driven attitude
- Knowledge of English (intermediate/advanced level)
Experience in an aerial logistics environment is an advantage.
