What will be part of your responsibilities:

• Coordinating and managing personnel administration at the location level
• Providing ongoing support to managers and employees in the areas of personnel, labor law, and working hours
• Comprehensive management of HR and payroll systems (myHR, Xpertis, SmartTime) along with maintaining records and payroll processing
• Developing reports, analyses, and summaries related to the HR area
• Performing other administrative tasks related to the operation of the branch

What do we expect from you?

• Minimum one year of experience in a standalone HR position
• Practical knowledge of labor law records and payroll regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
• Experience with payroll software (knowledge of XPERTIS is a plus)
• Flexibility, including night shift availability
