As a Logistics Engineer, you are responsible for realizing process improvements in the operation. You translate analyses and designs into concrete working methods and ensure that they are successfully implemented and secured on the shop floor.
A full-time position (32 to 40 hours negotiable) in day service
Salary in our CAO scale 10: €3,648 to €4,689 gross per month based on 40 hours with growth opportunities up to €5,727 depending on experience
Minimum 25 vacation days, which can be expanded to 39 vacation days per year with a full-time employment contract

You translate logistical designs and data into practical solutions for the daily operation. In this role, you are the link between engineering, operations, and the shop floor. You ensure that improvements are not only conceived but also actually implemented and sustainably secured. You work closely with operations, project management, and IT, taking into account customer wishes and operational conditions. By actively involving colleagues in changes, you directly contribute to stable processes and better performance.
As a Logistics Engineer, you are analytically strong, communicate easily, and have a sense for logistics. With your energy and insight, you not only bring processes but also people into motion. You have experience in implementing improvements in an operational environment and know how to successfully implement and secure changes.
Our location in Tiel is a dynamic environment.
