Your responsibilities

As a leader, you take on the technical and organizational responsibility for four closely interconnected teams in Potsdam: two development teams, an operations team, and a support team. You create frameworks in which these areas work effectively together, and you ensure that quality, stability, and flow are visible and controllable.

You lead and develop around 20 employees in development, operations, and support.

You promote agile working methods (Scrum/Kanban) and establish cross-team processes.

You introduce metrics and use them for process analysis, quality assurance, and visualization of bottlenecks.

You ensure high software quality and stable operations (testing, release, operation).

You guarantee effective support for internal users (clear SLAs, structured ticket processes).

You pragmatically, solution-oriented, and successfully remove impediments: recognize blockers early, make them transparent, orchestrate the right stakeholders, and consistently drive decisions to measurable implementation.

You present results, challenges, and measures at management level - independently, target-oriented, and solution-oriented.

You work closely with architecture, project, and product managers.
