Provide support to the HR sub-functional head in managing day-to-day HR operations. Assist with recruitment-related tasks, including drafting and posting recruitment advertisements, screening CVs, shortlisting potential candidates, arranging interviews, conducting interviews, preparing employment contracts, and organizing orientation programs. Ensure that day-to-day HR data is accurately entered into the system through regular audits. Handle Compensation & Benefits (C&B) administration, including maintaining leave and attendance records, managing medical/life insurance, and addressing work injury matters. Manage data that may include personal information, job history, retirement and insurance documentation, leave accrual records, and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression. Analyze data and prepare reports for management to meet legal obligations or for internal analysis, such as employee demographics, skills inventory, absences, overtime, and employee turnover. Respond to inquiries from employees, managers, and external agencies (such as government departments or insurers) regarding individual and organization-wide human resource information, while maintaining the organization's standards of privacy and confidentiality. Compile and analyze C&B market surveys. Stay informed about all employee-related legislative and regulatory changes and ensure that updates to rules and regulations are reflected in HR systems, policies, articles, and practices. Liaise with relevant ministries to ensure the company complies with labor laws. Build cross-functional relationships with key partners in other departments. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of HR.
Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources. 3 - 5 years HR experience. Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required. Good computer skill (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and Email). Professionalism, honesty, integrity and teamwork. Smart, able to work under pressure and complete work with deadline.
