Responsibilities:

• Support managers with performance and in-, through-, and outflow and absenteeism
• Organize and monitor the assessment and development cycle
• Take on HR projects, such as onboarding or the introduction of new policies
• Review and improve processes where possible

You are curious, like to tackle things, and have a genuine interest in HR. Whether you have experience in recruitment or are at the beginning of your career: you want to learn, improve, and make an impact. You enjoy supporting managers, making processes smarter, and achieving results together with your team. Sparring, thinking along, and trying out new ideas give you energy.

Requirements:

• Completed higher professional education or university degree in HRM or a similar field
• Communicate easily and professionally in Dutch and English
• Have an analytical view and like to look at data and processes to identify improvement opportunities
• Independent and have your own transportation
• Stand firm in your shoes and work well with managers

In Limburg, we are active from our locations in Holtum and Weert. In Holtum, our multi-client site of 40,000 m², we work for, among others, the automotive sector. In Weert, from a modern, high-tech location, we manage the supply chain for one of the largest technology companies in the world.
