Employment: As soon as possible; full-time; indefinite

Strategic People Business Partner Role: Comprehensive consultation and coaching of executives on all personnel, strategic, and labor law issues.

Sparring Partner for Management: Building reliable relationships, providing well-founded solutions for complex HR issues, and actively supporting organizational development and change processes.

Management of HR-related Processes: Responsibility for the timely and quality-assured implementation of personnel measures and the derivation and monitoring of measures based on relevant HR KPIs.

Conducting Complex Personnel Discussions: Moderation and conduct of discussions (e.g., on health, development, succession, exit, disciplinary discussions) and responsibility for conflict commissions.

Negotiations & Collective Agreements: Independently accompanying and concluding negotiations and shaping and developing attractive working conditions through new concepts, systems, and instruments.

Education & Expertise: Completed university degree with a focus on personnel and several years of experience in a comparable role; comprehensive knowledge in human resources, tariff regulations, and particularly in BetrVG.

Strong Consulting, Negotiation, & Moderation Skills: Proven ability to advise executives confidently, moderate complex discussions, mediate solutions, and lead negotiations independently. Certified coaching training is desirable.

Strategic & Process Understanding: Experience in the development, design, and optimization of HR processes. Affinities to digitalization.

Analytical Strength & Quick Comprehension: Ability to quickly understand complex issues, make sound decisions, and derive effective measures.

High Personal Effectiveness & Leadership Skills: Proven self-motivation, sense of responsibility, implementation strength, conflict resolution skills, and reliable, independent, and systematic working methods.
