DHL is looking for an HR Business Partner to strengthen our HR team. In this role, you will be the point of contact for our line managers and play a crucial role in HR service provision.
Within this position, you will be responsible for implementing HR policies within your designated work area. You will advise and guide the line management. Additionally, you will provide requested and unsolicited advice on specific business topics.
We are looking for a colleague with broad, professional knowledge who can keep an overview and prioritize in a dynamic environment. Logistics is an environment where quick switching is essential. This requires a good command of the English language and stakeholder management.
As an HR Business Partner, you will coordinate and implement HR policies in the broadest sense. All HR projects, big or small, will come your way. You are a generalist and you have a structured and process-oriented working method. You identify bottlenecks in processes and procedures and come up with improvement suggestions based on this.
In this role, we expect you to be present at our location in Venlo for 2 days. The other locations you will visit as needed. These locations include Rotterdam, Oldenzaal, or Schiphol.
You will be the sparring partner for various managers within your field. This allows us to not only handle the operation with operational issues but also implement structural improvements with the aim of relieving our operation.
To be considered for this challenging position, you have some work experience preferably within HR and in a no-nonsense environment. We are looking for a proactive colleague with a sense of humor, who enjoys variety and is still able to complete tasks in that variety.
