In this role, you'll design and deliver impactful training to colleagues at all levels, supporting both new implementations and ongoing operational excellence. From creating clear, engaging training materials and customer work instructions to delivering face-to-face and virtual training sessions across multiple systems and solutions, you'll be at the heart of capability, building across our global network.

What are the key accountabilities?

• Develop and maintain system work instructions and training materials and deliver training on the system processes for the SCS Control Towers and warehouse suppliers
• Participate in development and implement training solutions in cooperation with customer when customer systems are to be used
• Build strong relationships with the complete warehouse network to be trained and different departments within SCS (Control Tower Operations, OAM, PM, BPO, GSS)
• Provide reliable and responsible training courses and support the business after training
• Create the training plan for new warehouse implementations
• Develop standard training material and maintain this material on a regular basis
• Customise the training material whenever needed to support customer specifics
• Create Work Instructions for any new implementation and incorporate these in training
• Update SharePoint and external websites (ie. BOX) with CWIs, training materials
• Create practice scenarios and online quizzes to support the trainings
• Deliver and evaluate ad-hoc training to support performance improvement projects where this requirement is identified
• Ensure all training materials delivered are suitably evaluated
• Provide refresher training if needed by any party in SL SCS organisation and/or the warehouse network
• To continually look for areas of improvement and new technologies both inside and outside of DHL that could support the training team into the future
• Be the safeguard for updating SharePoint and other external sites (ie. BOX) with training material
• Update the CWIs and the training materials based on changes requested by IBM CMR, OAM, SCS Control Tower management, country regulations, or system updates (e.g., RFE deployments or defect resolutions) and communicate the updates to the affected parties (warehouses, SCS Control Towers)
• Provide support towards the whole SL SCS organisation and warehouse network
• Provide effective management and guidance to all country users
• Ability to motivate remote teams and overcome reluctance to change
• Adapt and respond to multi country teams and cultures in order to ensure individuals reach the required level of training and product knowledge as part of the Deployment project
• Ensure structure, consistency and control cross-country training courses

What are we looking for from you?

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong system capability across multiple Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) including Select Sterling and Manhattan 2017. A solid understanding of Centiro is essential with knowledge of how this integrates with the WMS landscape.

Previous training content creation and delivery is highly desirable along with hands-on Manhattan Active experience.
