The core responsibilities of this role include: Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides front line support to customers by processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring timely and accurate communication. This role coordinates with internal teams—including dispatch, planning, and warehouse operations—to support seamless fulfillment and a positive customer experience. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, services, and shipment status. Enter, process and maintain up-to-date customer orders in the appropriate systems. Prepare reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing customer and order data. Collaborate warehouse staff to resolve service concerns and support timely order fulfillment. Communicate relevant updates to leadership and follow established company procedures. Maintain organized documentation and correspondence. Support operational tasks as assigned to ensure smooth departmental workflow. Keep all documentation, logs, and records legible, organized, and compliant with operational requirements. Perform additional duties assigned by leadership to support daily logistics operations. Follow procedures that support compliance with OSHA, MSDS, and other safety related requirements.
Position: First Shift Customer Service Shift: 7a-330p Monday - Friday Pay: $22.50 per hour
