English Speaking Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for an English Speaking Customer Service Specialist for our head office located in Halkali / İstanbul. The role involves contributing to company profitability through ensuring customer satisfaction and converting customers into passionate evangelists. If you love talking to people, proactively solving issues, and are good at analysis, this can be your call! This is an opportunity to experience multinational logistics dynamics at the heart!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Being accountable for big volume local/multinational customers, supervising the logistics operation.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
  • Data entry in various platforms/using digital systems.

Qualifications & Key Requirements:

  • University graduation
  • Newly graduate or 1-2 years' experience
  • Fluent English in both writing & speaking
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Problem solving and analytical thinking
