Drive Continuous Process Improvement: Analyze operational workflows, identify gaps, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
Training & User Support: Assist in delivering training sessions and support user enablement to access operational systems and customer-facing applications.
Application Support: Provide day-to-day support for application-related issues, working with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution and smooth system usage.
Training Materials Development: Maintain and update user guides, manuals, release notes, and training resources
Quality & Compliance Training: Conduct training in quality standards, compliance policies, and environmental practices
Customer Experience Support: Handle policy-related inquiries professionally, ensuring accurate and timely responses
Certification & Compliance Support: Assist in maintaining certifications (ISO, AEO, TAPA) through process alignment and staff awareness
Bachelor's Degree (any relevant field)
Minimum 2 years of experience in process improvement, training, or operations
Strong proficiency in English & Bahasa Indonesia
