We're looking for an ambitious Country Sales Manager to join our growing DFN sales organisation at an exciting stage of its evolution. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of around 10 active customer opportunities at any one time, managing relationships and driving results through regular customer engagement. This is a hands on, tactical role with significant exposure to customers, where you'll be solving day today challenges, progressing opportunities and turning conversations into successful outcomes. The core purpose of the role is to identify and close new business with small to medium sized eCommerce customers, playing a key role in our inbound lead management and transactional sales approach. You'll be at the forefront of DFN's growth, building strong foundations with customers and contributing directly to the expansion of our network. What are the Key Accountabilities?
What are we looking for from you? We're looking for a collaborative, commercially minded sales professional with experience in consultative selling, preferably within eCommerce. You'll bring strong communication skills, the ability to manage and close multiple opportunities, and an entrepreneurial mindset to grow the business within a developing market. Knowledge of eCommerce models, market trends, and fulfilment or last mile operations is advantageous, with experience in B2C or logistics environments a plus.

• Entrepreneurial spirit, willing to take initiative in growing the business in a new country
• Experience within sales – essential
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong affinity & insights into the eCommerce market / eCommerce needs and business models
• Understanding of developing market and business trends
• Knowledge of Fulfillment & Last Mile Operations
• Process-oriented with structural and collaborative approach
• Knowledge and experience within the Supply Chain environment - essential
• Working experience in B2C company or within a logistics provider are beneficial
