AI Engineer/ Full Stack Developer

Position: AI Engineer/ Full Stack Developer (m/f/x) Contract Type: Full time- Permanent Grade : RCS J Location : India

As an AI Engineer/ Full Stack Developer, you will be a senior individual contributor responsible for designing, building and operating production-grade AI and analytics applications. Working at the intersection of software engineering and data science, you will help bring AI use cases into production by developing scalable services, intuitive user interfaces and robust deployment pipelines in cloud-native environments. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, MLOps, platform and security teams to ensure solutions are reliable, secure and ready for global use.

Your Key Accountabilities Include:

• Designing, developing and maintaining backend services and REST APIs that support AI and analytics solutions
• Building and enhancing React-based front-end applications for internal enterprise platforms
• Collaborating with data scientists and MLOps engineers to deploy and operate AI models in production
• Operating and supporting applications in containerised environments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Ensuring high standards of security, authentication and authorisation, addressing vulnerabilities identified through scans and reviews
• Contributing to CI/CD and GitOps-based deployment processes, ensuring smooth operation across DEV, TEST and PROD environments

What Are We Looking For From You:

• Strong hands-on experience in enterprise software engineering, with a focus on Python-based backend development
• Proven experience developing modern front-end applications using React, JavaScript and TypeScript
• Solid experience designing and integrating REST APIs and working with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, GitHub and GitOps tools (e.g. ArgoCD or similar)
• A good understanding of application security best practices and operating production systems at scale
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse, cross-functional and global teams
