The Opportunity
As a Fund Operations Associate you will join a dynamic team that partners with Funds Management and Investor Relations to deliver a premium client experience and efficient support across our Unlisted Funds Management platform. Your expertise will make you a key point of contact for client servicing and operational functions, ensuring service excellence and a strong understanding of clients, markets, and Dexus products.
You will make an impact by:
- Managing investor queries and reporting deadlines to ensure timely, accurate communication and exceptional client service.
- Coordinating outsourced registry services as the primary liaison between internal teams and external providers, maintaining smooth workflows and compliance with SLAs.
- Overseeing new client onboarding including AML/KYC checks in strict adherence to Dexus’ AML/CTF Program.
- Facilitating investor transactions (applications, redemptions, transfers) and resolving escalations promptly and professionally.
- Driving process improvements by streamlining reporting requirements and maintaining comprehensive procedure documentation.
About You
You will bring:
- Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related Business/Commerce discipline.
- 3-5 years’ experience in fund operations, registry services, or financial services, with knowledge of investor platforms and strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with problem-solving capability, discretion when handling sensitive information, and a collaborative team approach.
