Meet the team:

The Dexcom Sales Representative will be assigned a territory comprised of potential Health Care Professional (HCP) customers. This individual will be responsible for promoting the use of Dexcom products in the Diabetes Market by providing support services and solutions to HCPs. The Dexcom Sales Representative will communicate with prospects using a suite of technologies including, but not limited to, telephone, SMS, Email, Marketing Cloud journey's, video conferencing, etc.

Where you come in:

  • You achieve quarterly sales goals while consistently meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) within your territory.
  • You educate and train healthcare providers (HCPs) on Dexcom products using innovative, engaging, and value-driven approaches.
  • You drive market share growth by executing strategic territory plans and leveraging cross-functional resources aligned with Dexcom's values and culture.
  • You identify and pursue new business opportunities using the company CRM, while maintaining accurate tracking of activities and customer interactions.
  • You deliver effective digital and in-person presentations to engage HCPs and communicate product value.
  • You build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs and key stakeholders to support long-term adoption and success.
  • You support and execute company initiatives within your territory across both virtual and in-person channels.

What makes you successful:

  • You maintain a strong and current understanding of the diabetes landscape, including market trends, healthcare regulations, and competitor activity.
  • You bring deep knowledge of customer segments, HCP needs, and the patient journey, including identifying unmet needs, drivers, and barriers to adoption.
  • You demonstrate comprehensive Dexcom product knowledge and a solid understanding of diabetes, consistently applying this in customer conversations and successfully completing required assessments.
  • You effectively plan and prioritize your territory by analyzing market share and sales data to drive performance and exceed goals.
  • You execute tailored selling strategies, engaging HCPs in both individual and group settings to uncover needs and position Dexcom solutions appropriately.
  • You are skilled at building trust and acting as a reliable resource, clearly communicating how Dexcom products and services address both expressed and unrecognized customer needs.
  • You leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage activities, track progress, capture insights, and support targeted marketing journeys.
  • You ensure strong operational discipline by completing reporting, administrative tasks, and training requirements accurately and on time.
  • You bring a proactive, growth-oriented mindset, consistently identifying opportunities to expand product adoption and drive territory performance.
  • You have experience in medical devices or healthcare (preferred), and familiarity with Type 1& 2 diabetes; additional language skills (e.g., French) is a plus.
