Meet The Team

Join our HR team, where we provide direct support to employees, other HR groups, and company management as part of a centralized function handling various HR-related transactions. We pride ourselves on our ability to respond effectively to HR policy and program requests, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the board. Where You Come In

  • You will support general benefits operations that supports globally (mainly US, EMEA or APAC)
  • You monitor system queues for all benefit inquiries, which includes assisting employees in different regional medical plans based on their individual circumstances, leveraging knowledge of various plan types and consumer-driven health accounts.
  • You serve as the gatekeeper for all employee changes such as Qualifying Life Events, Enrollment Plan or Leave information updates in Workday and ADP, ensuring consistency and adherence to HR policies and procedures
  • You are responsible for validating information details through recurring reports and coordination with vendor, ensuring accuracy and compliance before endorsing for payment processing
  • You work with SOX and other compliance teams to provide requested and approved audit reporting and compliance documentation.
  • You support the HR Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partner teams for processes transitioned to the People Services team.
  • You develop and maintain standard user documentation, such as SOPs, and internal knowledge base articles related to HRIS and HR processes and procedures.
  • You respond to employee inquiries by phone, ticket, or email to ensure courteous, timely resolution in adherence to SLAs, quality, and standards.
  • You independently research to resolve more complex inquiries related to onboarding, benefits, HR policies, and processes, and employee relations, documenting your findings and consulting with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partners as needed.
  • You escalate inquiries to HR Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partners when necessary after completing initial research to ensure prompt resolution.

What Makes You Successful

  • You have 2-4 years of benefits administration experience in a multi-site organization, ideally in a shared services environment
  • Your problem-solving, continuous improvement, and analytical capabilities are excellent.
  • You take accountability and deliver consistent decisions, actions, and results.
  • Your promotion of a culture of integrity, ethics, and compliance through adherence to compliance policies, training, and monitoring programs sets you apart.

Shift Schedule (US core hours): Tuesdays to Saturdays: 4AM - 1PM

Experience And Education Requirements

  • Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent
