The Desktop Support Team is composed of highly skilled specialists dedicated to ensuring technology needs are met with efficiency and expertise. Each member brings a unique set of skills and a passion for solving technical challenges. From hardware imaging and updates to troubleshooting issues & software installations, our team is here to provide prompt and reliable support. We pride ourselves on our ability to communicate effectively with users of all technical levels. Our goal is to keep the Dexcom work force running seamlessly so they can focus on their core responsibilities. Whether they are facing a minor glitch or a major technical hurdle, you can count on us to be there every step of the way.
This role will be based full-time onsite at our offices in Mainz.

Your expert-level support for hardware, software, and operating systems on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Fluent in German language (Essential).
You can deliver guidance sessions for end-users on software applications, system functionalities, and best practices.
Your proficiency of incident management, ensuring timely resolution of incidents within agreed SLAs.
Your strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, including Windows 10/11 and macOS.
Your working knowledge of Microsoft SCCM & Endpoint Manager/Intune platforms.
You have certifications such as ITIL v4 Foundation, CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator, or equivalent.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Your ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
