We are the Customer Support team—a group of dedicated professionals passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. Our work goes beyond resolving issues; we actively collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer feedback drives improvements across the business. Where you come in:
- You will be answering incoming calls, placing outbound calls, and responding to emails and social media requests in Croatian and English languages in a timely manner as well as clearly documenting all correspondence in our internal systems.
- You will provide guidance to Dexcom Patients and Partners with regards to product offerings and e-commerce platform usage.
- You will be troubleshooting and seeking solutions to problems related to questions and concerns received from Dexcom Patients and Partners.
- You will support various business lines based on the needs and available resources in line with the company's strategic priorities; in addition, you will be performing other duties as required by the department.

- You are fluent in English and Croatian languages
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent phone manners
- You are customer-oriented and empathetic, you have the ability to listen and to assist patients with their inquiries
- Your excellent problem-solving skills will be used in working independently as well as in cooperation with other teams
- You have strong ability to collaborate and drive results
- You are able to interpret reports, read and follow through documentation such as procedure manuals, operating instructions, and safety rules
- You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Your previous experience in Operations or Customer Support area is a plus

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
Monthly base salary for this position is from €1,643.33 to €2,030.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
