The Inside Operations (Germany) team is part of the broader GBS Lithuania Inside Operations group within Dexcom's Global Business Services (GBS) Centre, primarily supporting the EMEA region. Our team is dedicated to helping patients and their families access Dexcom's continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) products. As an Inside Operations Representative (German Speaker), you will play a vital role by managing key administrative tasks that ensure a smooth and supportive experience for our patients. Your attention to detail and efficiency will bring comfort to those relying on Dexcom's technology. Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will facilitate the reimbursement authorization process, prepare and submit documentation required by German health insurance providers and medical authorities.

Where you come in:

  • You will handle various administrative tasks, including estimating product supply costs for health insurance companies based on patient prescriptions.
  • You will coordinate the onboarding process for new patients according to medical authority guidelines and company standards, ensuring a personalized approach.
  • You will communicate with health insurance companies, physicians, and patients via phone and email to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to prescriptions, reimbursements, and onboarding, and document all communications in the company's internal systems.
  • You will support different business lines based on needs and resources in alignment with company priorities, and perform additional duties as required by the department.

What makes you successful:

  • You are proficient in German and English, with a minimum B2 level in both languages.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You have excellent organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail.
  • You bring a strong ability to collaborate with others and drive results.
  • You demonstrate problem-solving skills by working independently and in cooperation with other teams.
  • You have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • You are able to interpret reports and follow documentation such as procedure manuals, operating instructions, and safety rules.
  • You have previous experience in Operations or Customer Support, which is considered a plus.

Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.

Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be an office, based in Vilnius. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €1,643.33 to €2,030.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
