We are seeking a detail-oriented Integration Engineer with strong back-end or full-stack JavaScript development skills and a knack for simplifying complex workflows into executable, modular components. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration pipelines between our platform and external systems, including CRMs, ERPs, and other enterprise SaaS applications.

You will work closely with product managers, solution architects, and customer success teams to translate intricate requirements into scalable, maintainable integrations that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop integrations using Node.js/JavaScript, REST APIs, and event-driven architecture.
• Decompose complex business workflows into simple, reusable services or logic blocks.
• Build and maintain secure, performant API integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite).
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code aligned with team standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to understand technical requirements and constraints.
• Monitor and optimize integration performance; troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, process diagrams, and test plans.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in back-end or full-stack development using JavaScript or TypeScript (Node.js preferred).
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, webhooks, OAuth2, and authentication protocols.
• Proven ability to break down complex workflows or systems into logical, testable components.
• Strong understanding of integration best practices, data validation, and error handling.
• Experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) and asynchronous processing.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deployment tools (e.g., Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating with CRM, ERP, or marketing automation systems.
• Knowledge of serverless frameworks and microservices design patterns.
• Understanding of security best practices in system integrations (e.g., data encryption, token management).
• Previous experience in a SaaS or B2B software environment.
