We invite a Senior Test Automation Engineer with deep expertise in test data management to join our Center of Excellence (CoE) initiative for a leading global provider of payment technology and financial solutions. In this role, you'll lead test data strategy and automation across multiple projects and environments, ensuring consistency, compliance, and reliability. You'll also set standards and best practices, mentor teams, and drive adoption of organization-wide, scalable, and efficient data processes.

Is that you?
- 5+ years of automation testing experience with strong performance testing expertise
 - Hands-on experience building and integrating performance test pipelines in CI/CD
 - Proficiency with performance testing tools (Gatling, JMeter, Locust)
 - Experience designing load, stress, and endurance testing strategies
 - Experience with system profiling, performance optimization, and identifying bottlenecks
 - Strong programming/scripting skills, with the ability to work across languages
 - Experience mentoring engineers and guiding cross-team practices
 - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed system architectures
 - Solid understanding of SDLC and enterprise-scale testing
 - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
 - Ability to influence teams, drive adoption of standards, and promote best practices
 - Proactivity, ownership, accountability, and independent work skills
 - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
 - Upper-Intermediate+ English level
 
Desirable:
- Experience in test data governance and process standardization, including creating team guidelines and training materials
 - Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and containerization environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
 
Key responsibilities and your contribution:
In this role, you'll lead test data management within our Center of Excellence, setting standards, shaping best practices, and mentoring teams to ensure high-quality, consistent, and compliant test data across the organization.
- Design, implement, and manage test data strategies to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across environments
 - Build and maintain automated test data pipelines for generation, refresh, and provisioning
 - Integrate test data processes with CI/CD workflows and collaborate with DevOps on environment orchestration
 - Ensure test data compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and other regulatory requirements
 - Maintain test data consistency and quality across multiple teams and projects
 - Identify gaps in existing data processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability
 - Contribute to the CoE, aligning practices, mentoring engineers, and promoting continuous improvement
