We invite a friendly and motivated Junior HR People Partner to join our HR team at Dev.Pro. In this role, you'll work closely with our operations teams and be involved in the full contractor lifecycle – from onboarding and development to offboarding. You'll help improve processes, enhance contractor benefits, foster team engagement, and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture across the organization.

In this role, you'll work with our operations teams, helping with day-to-day HR activities and guiding Dev.Pro contractors in Latin America through their full lifecycle.
