Job Description

When employees at our parent company in different countries encounter an IT issue (hardware, software, network, printer, mobile device, etc.), the exceptional work of the Workplace Support Specialist is required. Customers can contact us via phone or through a ticket management system. To ensure the fastest possible troubleshooting, effective and quality work is necessary. For this purpose, an extensive knowledge base, as well as extensive permissions, programs, and tools, are available to the Workplace Support Specialist. If higher-level, specialized support is needed during problem resolution, the Workplace Support Specialist can involve various 2nd/3rd Level colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Workplace Support position (preferred)
  • Deep IT interest
  • Ability to work 5x24 shifts, typically in a daytime position
  • Deeper IT knowledge
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Good problem recognition and solving skills
  • Good stress and monotony tolerance
