Service Manager Support (Request-to-Offer)

We are looking for a new colleague for the Service Manager Support position to play a key role in supporting the Request-to-Offer phase. The primary goal of the position is to prepare standard and especially non-standard proposals, and to ensure their full professional and financial adequacy.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Preparing standard and non-standard proposals, ensuring their content, technical, and financial correctness
  • Technical interpretation and validation of incoming customer requests
  • Preparing and maintaining proposal-related documentation
  • Creating and fully managing opportunities
  • Creating and managing Request Item (RITM), tracking
  • Contacting customers during the Request-to-Offer phase
  • Writing, sending proposals, and continuously monitoring their status
  • Participating in sales strategic projects
  • Managing escalation processes and developing related processes
  • Regular customer communication on strategic and operational topics
  • Financial planning related to contracts and monitoring
  • Coordination of internal and external stakeholders involved in the service
