Job Description

• Participation in planning, designing, and executing commissioning and operation of complex network systems
• Identifying and analyzing problems and initiating corrective measures
• Problem detection and documentation using a trouble ticket system, even in complex system environments
• Initiating escalation procedures in critical problem cases
• Administration of deployed network and security systems
• Integration of new customers into existing operational processes
• Installing and maintaining tools
• Designing and implementing supporting tools
• Participating in the development and planning of service concepts
• Coordinating order processing

Qualifications

• Initial professional experience in IT network administration
• Knowledge of various network topologies (Ethernet, WLAN, etc.) as well as network protocols TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and MPLS
• Experience with Cisco IOS/ACI, CCNA, CCNP, and services such as Multicast, DHCP, DNS, NAT, TACACS, and RADIUS
• Analytical, systematic, and structured way of working
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Good and broad technical understanding
• Very good expertise in the targeted area of responsibility as well as good knowledge of related technologies
• Very good German and English skills
