Workplace Support Specialist

Join the team of Operational Services GmbH (OS) within Deutsche Telekom ITS (Hungary), which offers opportunities for German-speaking talents. OS is one of the leading ICT service providers in the German market and is considered the backbone of digitalization in medium-sized companies. With almost 1,000 highly qualified employees, OS develops and operates the most modern IT systems for our customers, ensuring long-term system support and the availability of critical systems.

Role:

• The team is responsible for workplace operations in the remote desktop support team.

• You process service requests and incidents in direct contact with the end user in compliance with SLAs.

Qualifications

Education and Certifications: The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience with the following:

• Very good knowledge of Windows 10/11 • Knowledge of printing solutions • Microsoft AD • MS Entra ID • Good knowledge of laptops, desktops, smartphones, tablets • Experience with ITSM tools, e.g., ServiceNow

Desired Additional Qualifications

• Knowledge of hardware manufacturers and operating systems • Microsoft Intune • Windows 365 • iOS • macOS • Scripting (e.g., PowerShell) • Microsoft Server • Azure On-Premise Components

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

Language Skills: • Very good German language skills (at least B2 level)
