Overview
As a Trust and Securities Services (TSS) Business Intern, you will provide support to the development and delivery of the local TSS business strategy with assistance in managing client's lifecycle, identifying improvements to existing processes, managing risks, and developing materials related to DDQs, RFPs and sales pitches. For executing all these activities, you will engage and partner with our global product areas, sales, operations, technology, legal, relationship transaction management teams, amongst others.

What You'll Do
- Support the preparation of presentations and materials to both internal stakeholders and existing/prospect clients.
- Support sales/business product on KYC processes (onboarding, regular reviews);
- Help identify client needs and contribute to creating tailored solutions.
- Prepare internal reports for management.
- Participate in client meetings and support on preparations, including briefing notes and follow up actions.
- Collaborate and interact with internal stakeholders (product, sales, operations, technology, legal, etc) globally to ensure alignment in client servicing.
- Support initiatives related to product development, process improvements, and strategic projects.
Skills You'll Need
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Economics, Finance, International Relations, Engineering or related fields. Expected Graduation Date: December/2027
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving and research abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
