Role Description

• Infrastructure Core Products (ICP) - Global Network Services (GNS) is responsible for the engineering, development, and operation of DB's Group-wide network for all areas of the Bank. GNS supports all aspects of network infrastructure in over 2500 offices in 50 countries.
• AVP will support service owners to design, develop, and deliver training programs for a variety of network topics. They will work collaboratively with the leadership team in implementing talent development strategies, programs, and solutions across all the Network Deployment teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to provide strategic and operational oversight and support to teams in India to drive business outcomes aligned with agreed business priorities.
• Work collaboratively with the leadership team in implementing talent development strategies, programs and solutions across all the Network Deployment teams.
• Support service owners to design, develop, and deliver training programs for a variety of network topics.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content is current, accurate, and relevant to user's needs.
• Utilize various instructional techniques, including hands-on labs, e-learning modules, and live demonstrations to enhance learning outcomes.
• Provide feedback and guidance to trainees to enhance their understanding.
• Will support managers and the management team in managing records for skill enhancement, tracking progress, and reporting when required.

Your Skills and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience as technical trainer preferably in Network infrastructure.
• Must have exposure and awareness of various network technologies such as CISCO, F5, Arista, Juniper, Checkpoint, Fortinet etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner, catering to a variety of learning styles.
• Experience in developing training content for complex technical subjects.
• Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Deep understanding of networking concepts.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and motivate learners.
• Adaptability to changing environments and willingness to embrace new technologies.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to excellence in training delivery.
• Passion for teaching and a desire to cultivate a learning culture within the organization.
• Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) are good to have.
• The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends due to business requirements.
