Role Description
The COO division is central to DWS and contributes significantly to the future success of the company by delivering best-in-class services in several key functions. It covers essential technological and operational capabilities, including our data programs and digital transformation.
The COO's goal is to deliver an efficient, scalable, resilient and flexible platform. As COO Office, we are focusing on the overarching strategic direction for the COO division across all functions and take responsibility for the coordination of key projects in cooperation with the COO Leadership Team.
Within COO, the Strategy and Performance Management is focused on developing the end-to-end COO Strategy, the consolidated strategic roadmap and implement the required Performance Management. Within this mandate, the Change Governance and Reporting team is an essential asset to achieve our defined targets.
The team is responsible to ensure a regulatory compliant delivery of the DWS COO Project Portfolio within agreed parameters. Working in partnership with the COO functions, the team builds the capability to enable our efficient project governance with maximized transparency for all stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities
As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Drive the end-to-end automation and increase resiliency of existing Change Portfolio Reporting based on dbRIB and further internal data sources.
- Support the development, testing, implementation and documentation of new reports according to stakeholder requirements
- Support and investigate ad hoc queries / issues arising from the reporting process.
- Support the maintenance of production change governance reports.
- Support the documentation of current reporting suite and processes.
- Lead the development of automated reporting solutions and carrying out of initial triage / troubleshooting, publishing of reports to wider audience
Your Skills and Experience
We are looking for:
- Advanced skills in Web Intelligence programming/coding - preferably exposure to reporting tools such as dbRIB (SAP Business Objects) and further data sources.
- Advanced skills with data extraction tools/products - such as SQL, Analysis Services & MDX
- Advanced skills in programming/coding with Microsoft Power Platform - primarily Power Apps & Power Automate for creating apps, retaining and extracting data, creating reports from it
- Basic skills with SharePoint Online - setup, security principles and general good practice.
- Very good written and spoken communication in English - and the ability to effectively speak to different levels of the organisation.
