The Cash Sales division of Corporate Bank provides a wide range of payment products, liquidity solutions, and automated FX offers, tailored to individual client needs. Corporate cash management covers national and international payment transactions, liquidity management solutions (e.g., cash pools, virtual accounts), digitization advice, and alternative payment methods for eCommerce.
We are driving key growth initiatives / projects, shaping a smarter, faster, and more effective operating model across the cash management platform. Our work spans Global Liquidity Sales, sight deposit pricing, and FX Sales initiatives across Germany & EMEA, while advancing improvements in account fee processes and governance – starting with a strong focus on the German market. Design, manage, and support global sales campaigns: Design, roll-out and optimization of sales campaigns (incl. MIS; Leakages) with focus on Transactional FX products in Corporate Cash Management. This includes identifying and implementing innovative sales approaches and actively supporting the sales teams throughout the sales activities – from ideation and implementation to performance monitoring
Stakeholder Management: Stakeholder management for Cash Management (CM)
Process- and risk optimization incl. application development: Manage projects to optimize sales processes and reduce operational risks through process improvements, incl. IT adjustments and UATs/pilots with Product Management & TDI
Knowledge transfer and support: Ongoing support, guidance, and knowledge transfer to Sales, Coverage, new staff, and interns
Completed bank training or university degree with strong results
Professional fluency in German and English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills with discretion on sensitive topics and a professional presence at all levels, international experience and cultural competence are welcome
At least two years' experience in the financial sector, ideally in a dynamic, results-driven environment with focus on FX
Strong knowledge of Corporate Banking (CB) and experience in campaign and/or project management
Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; SharePoint, Copilot, and dbLumina skills are an advantage
Initiative and strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and resilience under pressure
