Job Title

The resource will operate within the Milan Processing Center, which manages the following products: Processed Loans (private and corporate), Fifth Cessions and Credit Cards (private and corporate).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, within the powers attributed, the requests submitted by the Deutsche Bank Easy branch network and other sales channels of the Consumer House.
• Manage the approval process of financing and card applications, with the direct and agency DB Easy, the WM network, CIB, Premium Branches, Zurich Bank and partner network Bancoposta, Third Banks, in collaboration with the Credit Risk Management structures, responsible for the approval of proposals.
• Manage the post-sales cards (variation of credit, debit methods, management of problems, internal renewal of trust).

Competencies

• Experience in managing relationships with internal and external customers.
• Knowledge of internal valuation and credit processes and credit risk management.
• Knowledge of FEU applications, OCS and Paragon.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good predisposition to work in teams.
• Knowledge of the English language.
