Legal Services Analyst – Litigation And Regulatory Enforcement
As a Legal Services Analyst at Deutsche Bank, your principal responsibility is to provide paralegal support to a team of litigation attorneys. Conducting research, review and interpretation of legal documents for validity (e.g., due diligence, case and factual research, patent searches, responding to queries and investigations, preparing summary reports, etc.). Drafting, reviewing and editing legal documents (e.g., contracts, agreements, business communications, etc.). Providing project management for legal cases, litigation, transactions, etc.

What You'll Do
- The successful professional will be responsible for, among other things, reviewing and tracking incoming mail, calendaring and docketing case deadlines, assisting attorneys with legal and factual research, providing support for all types of litigation and regulatory matters, and responding to third-party subpoenas and levies
- Assist litigation attorneys with the collection and production of documents and information in connection with litigations, regulatory matters and third party subpoenas, including logging incoming subpoenas and document production requests, calendaring response dates and requesting extensions
- Assist litigation attorneys in managing legal department databases, including creating and updating entries and tracking monthly attestations that the database entries are updated and complete
- Assist litigation attorneys with special and/or strategic projects, such as updating relevant policies and procedures or providing administrative support for document repository databases
- Prepare board and other internal reports on a routine basis from the department's litigation database and incorporating revisions from the attorneys
- Review, log and handle incoming documents related to (i) bankruptcy notices, (ii) levies and account freezes and (iii) real estate loan matters
Skills You'll Need
- Strong project management and/or methodology skills, including excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills
- Strong PC skills to include proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while also demonstrating thoroughness and attention to detail
Skills That Will Help You Excel
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, combined with relevant professional experience
- Legal or regulatory experience preferred
Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, Florida office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $60,000 to $86,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
