Art & Culture Team – we are responsible for the global art and culture program of Deutsche Bank

Your tasks:

You will be involved with one of the most significant corporate collections of contemporary art. You will take responsibility for the general administration of the art collection and support all related global issues.

• Collaboration on global art projects (e.g., art concepts for international Deutsche Bank buildings and exhibitions)
• Recording and maintaining the inventory in the art database (Microsoft Access / TMS-The Museum System)
• Front- and backend management of the art database including the implementation/implementation of technical innovations / updates / innovations
• Coordination of the regular global inventory

You will report to the senior curator of the collection and work closely with our small team and in close exchange with international colleagues.

Your skills and experience:

• You have a university degree in museum studies / cultural management / art history (at least BA)
• You have experience in the art context, especially in the context of collection management
• You have an affinity for digital and administrative processes and systems
• You have very good knowledge of contemporary art trends
• Language skills: German, English – proficient in speech and writing

You are a true team player with high intercultural competence, move confidently in a complex work environment and communicate actively, openly, clearly and assertively. You work independently, always solution-oriented and resilient.
